Energy Savings on NO SAVE NO PAY basis to GUARANTEE SAVINGS!

 

INVEST NO MONEY! Vy provides and pays for all the measurements, studies, engineering, modification works and investment.

 

The Energy Savings System matches the flow and pressure demand of the equipment based on its design data, and does not affect the overall performance of the existing system. Also, a significant amount of CO2 is reduced, keeping up with efforts to maintain our environment.

 

Any power / energy savings made will be shares on a X% / Y% (Factory Owner / Vy) basis for a period of 3 to 6 years depending on the agreement between VY and the factory owner. The savings share percentage will be determined based on the project IRR and other factors. The measure savings witnessed by the factory will be paid on a monthly basis to Vy. If there are no savings, you pay us nothing. Hence there is NO RISK! And if there are less savings, you pay us less. At the end of the contract period, the ownership of the equipment / modification will be transferred over to the factory at RM 1.

 

Why NO SAVE NO PAY? We recognize the problem of how to guarantee the factory the energy savings that we say it is going to get.

 

Even after the energy savings is proven upon commissioning, there is still a constant need to monitor the energy savings of the system and to maintain the system on a long term basis. with the "No Save No Pay" ESP program, we provide the client with a computerized Operation Monitoring System to monitor the system performance through the contract period. The client is assured of the energy savings throughout the term.

Energy audit is carried out to determine the benchmark the energy consumption prior to the Energy Savings Program.

 

After modification and the installation of Energy Savings equipment and control strategies, energy audit is again carried out to determine the actual savings achieved.
